Start Game = Complete Crash?

I don't know if it is just my laptop or what, but when I start a game, it goes to the loading screen and then crashes. And not "crashes" as in, goes to the desktop, crashes as in my computer. It says something about an error, and to check recent downloaded files (assuming it's DGO since I never had it happen before), and it says something about "dumping physical memory". It's a blue screen (maybe that'll give some people an idea). My boyfriend asked me if I changed any settings and I said no. Sometimes it works for a while..and it runs smoothly, no lag or anything. But now it's not. Like I said, i don't know if it's a bug, or something to do with my laptop, but please help :D

Do you think the next time it happens you could write down the exact error and if you look further down the blue screen there'll be a set of four long strings of numbers and letters in brackets. If you could write them too and post them back there's probably a geek somewhere on here who could help.
