Er... if there are any, that is. I am interested in becoming a Felon (in the game - not gonna walk that line again in RL *cough* erm, yeah...)

Has anyone become a Felon in the game? Can you post here? What are the requirements??

too bad the quest items aren't in yet...none of the 2nd job (aside from those lvl45) are in game yet >.<
