Power Hit?

Is Power Hit the only Mass DMG attack that fighters get for 2 hand weapons?
I'm asking so that I know that I can pump all my points into it. The "One Guide To Rule Them All" says you get a skill called Bash @ 20 but I don't see anything like that.

Bash is a skill for clerics. Well It is until 60 (level cap not raised yet) so if you want yeah go ahead although there are a lot more useful skills then power hit.
