Disconection problems

Every since the last maintenence I have been experiencing many disconnects. Also, when attempting to log on sometimes the launcher just disapears after inserting password and enter. When going through portals I also get a lot of disconnects. I also wish someine would fix it so that everytime you go to a differerent location the lock on the chat box and status box locks. It is usually behind the arrow keys making it so you have to reset your interface when you can't grab the lock to open it. This messes things up on the screen. Please also fix the tower bug because I can't get passed the glitch to finish my quests.
