Alright well, this is, for THE FOURTH TIME, me reinstating a commonly known and STILL not fixed issue with SoS that has kept me from playing it, no matter how much I want to. A little help, anyone? I've submitted a ticket and waited months also. And I have no clue what my driver is, I forgot, but i'm pretty sure it's up to date.

You can check out to find what videocard you have (and find out if you have the latest drivers/updates for it as well) by looking at this thread -> http://outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=28453
In which case, if you don't have the latest drivers - Then you can cross reference with the graphic card drivers that are listed at the card's manufacture website. But if you do have the latest drivers installed and still come across this error, I would suggest to re-send a ticket to CSR help.
