Too many Guild Storage Users?!

Is it just me or am I the only one getting this message ("Now ,there are too many guild storage users. Please try again later.") every time I go on to my alt to check my guild storage ._.?


My alt's lvl is 5 ._.

and I made it master


But every time I go to Brom and try to take stuff out of my Guild storage, It always says "Now ,there are too many guild storage users. Please try again later."

Unless there really are too many guild storage users XD
But its been happening all day D:

I even tried logging off and logging back on several times.

The answer is complicated (as well as having a few theories). I don't know how to explain it. I do however have a resolution. Log in on your alt right after maint and use the guild storage. This will give you access for the week.

I have a guild, and I can only access guild storage in Uruga. Doesn't matter about time of day or anything. Any time I try in Roumen or Elderine I get that message. Every time I try in Uruga it works. *shrugs*

CSR Hal once posted some stuff about zones. Basically, if there are more than 300 people in the zone that houses the Guild Manager you can't get in. Or something. I think it's a bug that they're saying isn't a bug.
