Hello Everyone, I am the Original Creator for "Most Embarassing Noob Moments" Ofcourse, It slowly fell to the depths of "No one Cares about this Thread anymore" after reaching nearly 21 pages of Noob Moments. A few months past and someone Necro'd my thread. I was glad to see it is still an interesting topic. But It was closed because of Necro. Another person decided to create the exact same topic. But it died after only 5 pages.

Remember when you started playing Fiesta? What did you do that was so...Nooby?



~I remember when I first started playing, I had a 10 minute conversation with a Gold spammer. Eventually I realized he wasn't gonna give me the Gold for Free, and that he was talking way to fast to be a real person.

~Also, When There was map glitches and you could like see the moon, the first time I got that, I thought The GM's brought me to a magical place, and I was like some special chosen person.

In CBT selling elrues was THE way to become rich in Fiesta (rich back then begun at 20 silver lol). Dont know how it is these days.

When I first started it was in open beta on another account but I found a scroll that said "Elderine" so I clicked it and I wound up in Elderine and I didn't know what to do to get back to Roumin so I started shouting "Help" and finally a person gave me a scroll to get back.
I didn't know that I could just go through the the gate to Forest of Myst and die there to get back to Roumin.

I also used to try and sell the copper lumps for 10c each. I thought they were like for some unknown production skill and were pointless so I just tried to pawn them off on other people. Little did I know, they would turn around and NPC them for more XD

I just notice recently when Im doing KKP and I was pulling boss mob, that you have to use snearing kick skill constantly in order not to lose aggro.

And because I didnt kick constantly, I lose aggro several time and the mob attacking other squishy chars. And then a cleric told me what to do. that was the most embarassing moment in my fiesta life.

Im lvl 70 and still a noob lol, I still have much to learn ^^
but no, I didnt lvl through iyzel and have never been plvld. I just ..err ... slow learner >.<

hmmm oook lets see when i first started playing i was playing was zoomed in and walking around like couldn't figure out how to zoomb back till i read the help thing aaand i'm first char was a cleric didn't know how to heal myself till about lvl 7, got taken to fom and thought it was the best place ever and this kid killing ratmen was super strong o.o i could go on and on but i'll stop there for now ;D

lol oh the pets i thought every vender sold them so i would go around looking and just think to myself "oh i guess they're sold out" but at the time i had no idea what the mushies were walked into the "vender" spot near storage in roumen and just being like mushy city :o... another time (wow so many noobie moments) i tried buying mats from a purchase store.. kinda be like "wth its not working!" one of my friends had no idea what i was talking about and told me to get off my mount and then try.. it of course didn't work and i gave up >.> fun days XD

I also remember thinking this mage who had 5s was super rich. Haa, those days were funny.

WOOOOT, where should i start? never wasted skill points on my cleric till level 5x? use stat points on everything including int? (fix it though). Sell all my materials cause i didnt know how to make potions and scrolls till level 40? Never enhance something till level 50.... didnt know how to turn the camara angle till level 20(painful days) . never did quest till levels 2x or enter KQ till 30's? well now that i look at it i already started :p. The promotion quest, ugh, i failed it 2 times. i thought 50 silver was heaven, cause a girl gave me 50 silver, and a friend retired and he gave me 500 silver and i thought i could buy anything.(at that time 500 silver was a lot of money). yeah i was a TOTAL nub, now i can happily teach those fortunate enough to meet me, because i know exactly what they feel Q.Q. also i almost forgot, i couldnt get on a mover till level 40's because i didn't know about the rider skill or mining skill, O.O omg so painful moments

I had the same experience as most ppl on the bulk selling/buying. I didn't learn how to do it til I was 7x cleric in epith and I had a 4x mage on teva. But yeah I found out bc my abyss party was like "what is taking you so long Tut??" I told them "How'd you sell so fast, all these mats are taking forever to do one by one!!!" Then they laughed and told me xD And same as the other person, I had the Master Merchant title too without knowing on my fighter.

I didn't know putting power on heal would increase your heal til 7x. I assumed, oh power? I don't need that on heal! You don't do dmg on heal. I always wondered why the other clerics and even lower than me would heal higher. xD

On teva use to think if you enter abyss it'd make clones out of you (hint the ??? ppl) because the clerics looked just like my friend. I went on a long search looking for my own clone... never found it.

Hmm I don't think I ever had a MOST embarrassing moment though. Since I played flyff before fiesta I basically got most of the basics down when I first started playing O.o

I was one of those ****ing idiot archers who pumped Dex/Str gears instead of End/Spr/Dex.

So...I hit the 75+ PvP kq thinking I would be the ****, and nobody would hit me.

Dear lord.......

Then...I took my str gears off and tested my damage with/without.

I almost cried when I saw several gold worth of STR gears added up to a whopping 10 extra damage on a mage my level T__T

When I started, I didn´t know I could change the camera angle so as I explored every - yes, EVERY - part of Roumen, I got stuck (you all know the area between the Guild Manager and the Battlefield Guard), and I spent about an hour trying to get out of there and still didn´t figure out how to switch the angle.

I used to think Roumen was the only map in the game and that it somehow 'evolves' as the player levels xD when I first time saw a gate, I thought it was some kind of a 'premium' area and I wasn´t allowed to enter it.

Someone asked me for a buff when I was like level12. I didn´t know what a buff was (let´s remember the fact that I was still afraid of the chatbox =P), so I panicked and logged off. -_-

I didn´t know we had skills - or weapons for that matter rofl - so I was a punching, non-healing cleric till I discovered the amazing - wait for ittt - skill master RUBY[yes, Ruby, my saviourrr xD] in Roumen ;D

Everyone knows the post signs in Roumen - you know, the ones that are near Sand Beach, Forest of Tides and Sea of Greed gates - I used to think they were monsters and that I could kill them. Guess how long I spent spam-clicking them attempting to kill them.

Andd, I didn´t know I could sell items to NPC´s in stacks. So I spent ages trying to sell all of my drops (like all good players do, sell their mats to npc´s, good going). Then, one day I got a title for it - go me! - and I spent all eternity trying to figure out how did I get it. x.x

Amg, and I remember going into that one hill in FoT.. the one with lizardmen and smart phinos - this was still the time I didn´t know how to change camera angle so I had it set in direction where I saw behind me, not in front of me.
I didn´t even have time to see what hit me x.x

Also, it took me forever to figure out the meaning for all the abbreviations like; ty, np, yw, dc, ks - too lazy to type more, there´s tons >.>

I R too lazy to type again. >.>

I used to think 1s was a lot of money.
I thought a guild was like some kind of cult. Spooky.
Oh and I used to think getting a buff was a glitch. Yeah and I used to think I could give the protection buff and stuff to other people. All those minutes I spent spamming it wondering why it won't work. .____.
I also didn't know what a DD was 'till around 4x. As a smart a cleric, I'd ask, would a cleric do as a DD. You know, that's what all the good clerics do. For my defense, my clericing damage would be really haxx. Only 10 years to kill one mob. 8D
I accidentally hit auto-run once and didn't know how to stop.

Ohoh and btw, INT makes you smarterrrrr.. so mages must be extra smart right? 8D

I still get lost in maps btw. Even when my party's right next to me.. I'd still run the wrong way. Then I gotta be like 'oopsie' and my party normally ends up fetching me from where ever I ran to. This mostly happens at red nixes or in SoD.. >.>

Someone brought up KQs and it brought back some memories.

I used to click on KQs that said on schedule, thinking that they would register me and that the recruit time was from when the KQ started to when it ended.

Also, I used to think you could ONLY join a KQ from Remenous/Shutian. It wasn;t till oen day in like 3x or 4x that I noticed that little button on the side of the map that let you join.

When I logged into fiesta for the very first time, I didnt know you could change camera, and didnt know a wasd, I thought you had to click everywhere to move around.
Well, that was back when if you were a really low level such as 1, if you tried to go on the little thing to get to maria the sign npc would pop up and like cover the screen.
I tried for like an hour to click around the npc and it wouldn't work, FINALLY I got really frustrated and started mashing buttons on my keyboard...and I miraculously moved!!!!! I was sooo happy =D

Well, there wern't so many noob moments since i took the time to read everything before playing the game. But I still remember how I felt when I got my first +8 and that I spent an entire week borrowing money and making money just to gather 200s to pay the enhancer.

When I first started playing, I got owned by mushrooms repeatably.

When I was first playing my first character was an archer, but then I got ADD and bored so I made one of each class and at first deleted my cleric because I thought it was boring only getting to swing a mace...then later when I did my first kq on my archer and saw the clerics healing I was all 'WOAH WAIT A MINUTE. what level is that skill?????' Then I made another new cleric and spent hours just running around healing everyone with any health lost in roumen =D
That cleric is my oldest remaining character, the first one I had made that didn't have a fail build xD
I still remember the higher levels laughing at me and my nubby healing ;-;

I was used to the arrow keys moving the camera. I could not figure out what the heck moved it. The thought of right-clicking to move it never occurred to me. finally, through the gold spammers, I saw that I needed to right click. ^_^
