Wrong section but try sending in a ticket to a CSR :3 I think the solution was posted somewhere else tho...

99% sure that you're in a region in the world that is IP blocked by Outspark service.

Most likely their friends play on our service.
Problem is prior users from these IP blocked places can still play.
New registered players cannot.

silky, wouldnt it better if OS warn european players that they cant play this version?
like a little note at the download page...kinda suck downloading 1gb for nothing

Well the people already playing before the IP ban had an account created before they had their own version (or before their own version reserved the rights there) and it would be quite unfair to just tell them "Sorry, you have 2 capped characters but you can no longer play them *boots out the door* bye bye now" These new characters are NEW so starting on their region specific game shouldn't be a big deal.
