I'm remaining optimistic about Iyzel, but only because I'm training new characters and focusing on my 6x Paladin. I'm giving OS one or two more weeks before I start suspecting shenanigans. >_O

I've been to a bunch of F2Ps that were absolute messes... Meaning the whole game was full of screaming, harassing morons with ABSOLUTELY no way to get rid of them and ABSOLUTELY no support, and bugs and glitches that didn't allow for normal play. For not being the most popular F2P of all time, Fiesta is pretty well maintained.

Hmmm... well i will be glad to be the first to have a negative opinion. So they are gonna add another server, before making sure the lag and stability of their other servers is taken care of. Great job OS. So they hired more people to take care of our problems or bugs we have... oh wait... nah it still takes forever for your tickets to get answered... So good job OS. So when adding this other server now we can have even more people with the same problems and have more tickets in equaling longer waits for answers or solutions. Yeah, great job OS.

So yeah a great big thumbs up for you OS! Keep up the same great customer service and the great caring you have for your customers! Awesome job! *wipes off the extra sarcasm that is dripping from this post* gah!

It is far too hard to congratulate OS on the things they do well when there are so many things they do horribly. Those issues outshine almost everything I love about Fiesta. If they improved on the things that they did bad faster or at all then they would definitely start being a better company as a whole.

I am an artist, and if i drew my pictures continuously with the same mistakes or kept making new ones with every drawing, how many customers would i have? And since word of mouth is either a blessing or a killer in business... what would that say about me? If i have flaws in my art i fix them as fast as possible so that my customers get the best possible product that i can give them. If a person came to me and said "hey your drawing was not accurate enough and did not look like the person i had you draw" and i just ignored them, or waiting 3 weeks to answer them... would that person ever get anything from me again? or even tell his friends and family about me? No.

So yes, OS does do some things well, including milking money from us (that's another thread in itself) but they dont do enough other things either... and since this is a kiss... errr sorry... Good job OS thread. I will leave anything deeper or more argumentative out of it and i will leave this thread alone for now on. Thanks and bye. Oh and i can comment on any thread with any opinion i please. If you dont like it, dont post a thread. You know you are gonna get opposite arguments or comments on every thread posted... well just about every thread... especially about the games themselves or OS. So dont be naive enough to think it would never happen. I dont mind being the first to start an argument. I am just hoping one of these days one of my suggestions or arguments gets heard and action is taken. That is what makes a community or in this case a game or game company better.

@saru, I've read a couple of your posts (in other threads too). It feels to me that OS has hired you to put a little positivism back toward OS's side.

Don't get me wrong. I do appreciate the free games they offer but when they started to put more emphasis on CS and their ridiculous prices, the feeling has become neutral since. However, with the way things are going, the negatives might outweigh the positives. :eek: (Don't tell me to give examples, just look at the overall forum.)

I wonder if this is flaming... :cool:
