There are different types of bans, but besides that I don't think they do jail anymore.

They do jail still. Some of my guildee got sent to jail when there was the event in Epith Server for pvping a gm

I don't think I've ever actually known of anyone going to jail since I started playing last September. But it's a good tool for punishment... sooo boring!

She suggested the jail so noobs aren't like, "OMG! NEKOPON! GIFT ME ******" whateverz. xD <3

I'm still waiting for my super jail idea to fly ;~;
An area where your tortured by a dragon that ignores SC items (cash pots, charms, extenders, teva) and kills you relentlessly in an area where you lose exp AND you can de-level.
The dragon (like the xmas event dragon) is unkillable, un-stunnable, resists all debuffs and poisons, and ignores idle status.

Some of the previous GMs would torment players in jail with mobs.
I have never seen it but I have heard many complaints about it.

good idea i got a nice list of pkers i could submit to gm, even worse than than pker some player are abusing others making them joining the party and ambush them in abyss with thier other party waiting.i saw that a lot of of time this week an submitted several ticket about it and i think they will send another annoying auto robot like answer ( theyre expert at it ).

There are warnings, in-game jailtime, infractions (Applies to forum violations), suspension (Various different lengths of that), and then account termination. I think that may be all..
It all depends on what you did, the seriousness, and if there were any past warnings/incidents.
If you have any questions regarding any punishment you've received, please submit a ticket to a CSR with the character name or SparkID (Depending on if its just a character or an entire account that has been punished).

Nah, you need something better than a dragon. You need 20 each of lvl 100 Dungeon Heart Trumpies, Diamond Trumpies, and Spade Trumpies. The Heart Trumpies will only spam their Magic Blast attack and heal. The Diamond Trumpies and Spade Trumpies have a 100% chance of their poison and disease effects. You will lose exp when you die, and can un-level. If you somehow are able to kill them all, Helga spawns.

Outspark does still punish people Oo I send tickets of reports of people in need of punishment and they always get on it lol. I never hear or see that person after that. But yeah banning depends on the severity of the situation. My ingame hubbie got jailed once for starting trouble with some guy before and was stuck there for I think a week. Some girl who'd stalk him there kept him company o.o
