Forest of Tides. Western area, within a grove of trees. They automatically aggro, and all aggro at the same time, so you might want to watch out for that.

They also appear on a small little blip of land directly north of that tree grove, if they are being camped by other players. Just go north till you reach water and you will see a little blob of land sticking out. They pop up in the middle of that area about every 4-6 minutes.
I always ended up having to go there as the tree camp was always being camped by 4 or 5 others...:)
