Character freezes

Character freezes right after logging in, GMs have any solution for me? char name: Sumo lvl 34+

I have the same problem why is my character freezing when I login to the game? The whole game would just freeze but you can still hear the music....but when I login with my other character it works fine...oh and the character that froze up is in Uruga....plz help fix this problem. thanks.

i have the same problem with my charater its ok with any other charater justmy lvl41 cleric wornt move and i got killed too make it worse cause i got moved from cp to elderine this realy neads to get fixed ive only just spent most of my spark cash on him 2.
If this dont get fixed real soon i think i should either be refunded my spark cash thats gona wasted by me not being able to use it before the time limit is up

Ya, I'm also frozen in Elderine behind Kenton's (IGN Kururi). Other character works fine, tho.. Just came up to my mind; how many people on this thread are members of Strictly? Just thinking, if it could be this frozen guild- problem..

I was wondering the same thing .. my other chars works fine ... i also read in other thread that doica was having the same problem. Looks like a Guild glitch. I sent a private message to Steam, see if i can get an answer about my character.

Hello, my character's name is koran. I am a fighter class on the teva server. My problem is when I log in my character doesn't come to life. It remains frozen even though there is scenery and the music is going. This first started last night before the maintenance to the server. I also have a mage on apoline but he works just find. This brings me to the conclussion that there is an error on the sever. I would appreciate your help in this matter.

Okay...I think its only our guild guys :( StrictlyBusiness is the only guild that is frozen. I don't know why though. I'm xZEROx and I'm in Uruga that can't move. Please help this guild glitch which is very bad I might I add.

Right now i am playing on my cleric ... lvl26 clerichelsing. But i miss my fighter :(
Hope a GM can fix this soon.

Just saw Goodie connected and then disconnected right in front of me while i was using my other char .. our guild has issues logging in :(

well i asked the GameHelper if she could talk to GMs, but it seems none of them are online ATM. so i guess we'll just have to wait. I heard that other guilds had this problem b4 and the glitch will be fix in a few days. So the next few days i think you guys should lvl up your other chars.

My character froze before the patch; Happened about ten to fifteen minutes before the server went down. Tried again several times but no luck, and after that checked if the other char is still working. Just some info that might be helpful later.

And ya, was there too. Goodie2 logging in at Roumen in noob clothes..

I just emailed the gm for the seventh time. I was transferred from elderine to roumen but I am still stuck. I bet its the Aristocats fault, : D. Just kidding. Torval, I am almost 52 so you will never catch me.

wow come on gm your wasteing my time limited items here at this rate im not gona get to use them please hurry up though i have found some of my guilds other players but i wana use my store items i payed 4 not to be stuck not able to use them maybe the gm should extened my time when i can use him again cause at this rate the time wll be up as some of my stuff is only 7 days

Calm down, kyle, this is pretty annoying situation but annoying the GMs/other staff isn't probably going to help. All the needed info is already listed and hopefully/surely they will be able to read it, and after that, solve the problem. How long it's going to take, no one knows, but whining doesn't make it happen any faster.

I almost feel bad for the outspark staff too, hundreds of problems, questions, bug reports every day and then those other thousands of people whining that everything should happen right there and then, everything should be fixed on that exact second. Comparing it to the job on some helpdesk.. Hahaha.. :D
