Hi! i wanna ask if anyone can help me log in cause when i try to log in their's a notice saying "There is a problem logging you in, Please check that your username and password are correct and you're running the latest Outspark Software (Unauthorized: 412)" but i am typing my correct username and password and already patched it, pls help :(

i am getting the EXACT same problem! im pretty sure i have the latest launcher. and plus i just re downloaded the launcher today! and i have the EXACT password. please help if you can GM's. It would very much help us :confused:

the latest update changed the login information.

instead of the usual Username + Password requirements, its Email address + Password.

that might be why it's not working for you

The issue is due to an outdated Outspark Launcher. Unless you have forgotten your Outspark ID and password... which I'm assuming is not the issue. Update your launcher and your issue will be resolved. If you are still receiving this error message and you believe you have the most current version of the launcher, you should try to uninstall and reinstall it.

none of that worked! =X but its working now. all i did was uninstall it, redownloaded the whole thing and installed it. finally workss :D thanks CSR :)
