Job change help!

Im stuck at level 20.

The job change guide tells me that I need to speak to enchanter master wishis at level 20 for a mage to job change.

But when I speak to her I just have a purchase/close option.

There is no quest.

Help?

Before you enter the Shadow Dungeon, take off your weapon and armor. When you get in and your shadow starts forming, quickly slap on all your stuff. Your shadow will have no armor or weapon.

Also, if you can find a nice person (preferably from your guild academy) to buff you before the quest, it'd be a bit easier.

I think he meant, that he can't begin the quest and he needs help.

Which I took to mean, he figured out how to get the quest but the actual dungeon was giving him trouble.

Also, support@outspark.com isn't the best way to get hold of a CSR any more. They now have tickets. This instance would not warrant cluttering up the already overflowing in-box, though.
