After the launcher installs the patch it comes up saying "Aborting patch. Could not find the apps.conf file at:" and thats it. When i check the OUTSPARK.EXE.log its says;

Im Running WindowsMe and Ive Reinstalled the game with the newest client and messed around with it as best i can, Any ideas on what i can do to fix this problem, so i can play fiesta again?
