DP or BS? Help!

I heard there are alot of users chose BS instead of DP and I'm thinking to choose DP as my 2nd class because I'm not really into healing people.

My question is:

- Is DP good at soloing?
- When after my character became a DP, does the self-healing is still in my character's skill?
- And where can I get DPs' armors and stuff?

1. No, DP is not good at soloing. Bishop isn't that great either, but the level 49 skill Holy Lightning is good for killing mobs. All of the DP skills are PvP based and serve no purpose in PvE.

2. Yes, when you finish your second job change you will keep all of the skills from the first job change.

3. Priests of all kinds share the same armor. So you get DP armor at Saint Bashura(not sure if that's the right name). The same goes for weapons.

I chose DP because I liked the skills and thought they would be fun to use in PvP. I strayed away from Bishop because with their party heal skill they are expected to heal in PvP and parties.

For anyone else trying to figure it out-I have lvl 66 DarkPriest and they are "Hard" to be good with, compared to most other classes, but they are fun and if you like a challenge he darkpriest is your class. Bishops are known as the support class mainly for healing, but they can Pvp well, though they are the main support class they also have one of the strongest attacks in the game, and that attack can also hit multiple people with that spell, and they are easier to train then DarkPriests once they hit 49.
