That is a strange error. Doing a little research, I found this: Usually IndexError: list index out of range exception occurs when you try to refer a list with index with which does not exist.

When reinstalling, have you deleted all folders related to SoS propr to an attempt to reinstall? Not sure of that helps, but good luck.

can you explain what is going on not just the error codes. dose it install at all? or dose it just crash. I am sure there is a simple solution for you issue.
