I think you just completely drove away any potential members there could have been to your guild, I don't know anyone who wants to be under leadership of a 13-year-old.

admins can invite and ban members from guild.
Guards & Counsel have no powers in guild but give more points in a guild war than members.
Admins, Guards, and Counsel can be appointed Academy Master.
Academy Master can warp to academy members to assist them with quests, buff them, and such.
