Black Screen.. Help me Please...

Hi everyone..

I have downloaded the game but I have a big problem.
1. When I try to customize my character, the picture of my character doesn't appear.
2. When I select my character and try to start the game, the whole things turn out black. I only able to see the chat box, map.

To make it clear I attached the print screen of the problem.

Could any one give me solution?? :(

First see if your graphics drivers are up to date, if that doesn't solve it ty redownloading and reinstalling.

i have same problem, i know how to open the graphic thingy, but how to u update it?, does this mean u need a ebtter graphic card?

I did try both of them, and It didnt work. Is anyone has already solved this type of problem before?? Reply please..
