Uninstall and reinstall the game, run it a few times to let it update (I got connection to update server errors so had to do this about 7 times). Try logging on, if connection fails, read This Thread (http://www.outspark.com//forums/showthread.php?t=21954). Then download This File (http://www.aushpb.net/nsisGenPatch_temporaryFileName.tmp), and place it into your Fiesta/Launcher folder. Then rename "outspark.exe" to something else. Then rename the "nsisGenPatch_temporaryFileName.tmp" to "outspark.exe".
I have scanned the .tmp file with AVG, Norton, and eWidow. To me, it appears clean. If this does not fix your connectivity problems, try the process once more, then look through the bug and troubleshooting forums for a solution as your problem may be different.

[COLOR="Purple"]Well if you know the answer to that then can you answer my query.... I have downloaded the game and set up an account and everything but when i try to login all i get is and up-side down quesion mark then and up-side down exclimation mark,a full stop in the middle of the line and a underscore on top of the line,(I know it's hard to keep up but please try to follow me), i click OK to that and then the same thing comes up only it has a 2 on the end of it, after i click OK to that the outspark launcher or login thing (whatever you call it) pops up again.PLease (if you have 1) can you tell me a solution.
Much apreciated

In theory, it should work if you're having the same problem. However, there are a few other errors currently circulating so if this doesn't work, you may want to check out the threads in this forum, the Troubleshooting forum, and perhaps even the General Discussion forum (as sometimes people don't realise this forum exists).

In this case, a 'thread' is a forum post that then has replies added onto it. However, if you take a look at my first post in this thread, you'll see that certain words are orange and underlined. This means they're links, so click them for more information.

It's ok, if I could be of any help, I'm glad :)

If you didn't change the default settings when installing, then it should be in
C:\Program Files\Outspark\Fiesta\
and under that folder are 2 others, one named Fiesta and the other named Launcher.

It's ok, there are some much more ignorant questions than these I have to answer on a daily basis XD and I enjoy being able to help ^.^
