Can anyone tell me there best techniques on how to get a trapped sneeze out, its really irritating my eyes and nose!! :mad:

I heard you have to like eat strawberries and then hold your breath until you have your finger all the way in, then you exhale slowly.

its not working! its still stuck up there in my sinuses or something, making me feel lightheaded, i look red in my mirror
btw still thinking of ideas for the sig

well you fail then...stick a pencil eraser up there or something. :cool:
Though to be helpful, you could try nasal spray if you have it.

Push really, really hard on your septum (that's the part of skin between your nostrils on the bottom of your nose just above the top of your upper lip) with the side of your index finger, take three really long, slow, deep breaths, and then go wash your face with cold water. :)

i hold my breath for like 5 mins then i hope the sneeze goes away.

Ew. I hate when I have to sneeze but it goes away. It leaves a tingling feeling which annoys meh so much. Just look at a bright light to sneeze.
