When I open the launcher, is says "Error connecting to update server: (10061 connection refused)"
What does this mean and does anyone know how to fix it?

From what I can find, it's a TCP/IP issue. You may have to go into your administrative tools of your computer and change your TCP/IP settings, which you should NEVER do if you are not 100% confident that you know what you're doing.
