<Removed> and <Removed> in bijou using bots

HEY!!!

I have reported xxxxx and xxxxx using bots in Bijou. That happened 2 months ago. I provided screenshots and everything else you asked for. Why havent they been kicked yet? Why haven't you responded?

They are still online with the same characters botting in the same place (LV 70 abyss)

First of all, you are blacklisting which is a violation of the Terms of Service. Second, CSRs appreciates your commitment of reporting this inconvenient incident and providing evidence you transferred so they can encounter the situation. However, it takes about less than a week for a CSR to encounter the ticket you submitted because they go through thousands of emails on a daily basis. If the bots are not gone and still been around for 2 months, report the bots again. The exclusive thing to do is block the spamming bots to prevent difficult communication while the OSS(Outspark Staff) deal with the issue after they have received your ticket you submitted.

I have removed the names from the title of your post for blacklisting. Blacklisting is defined as bringing unwanted negative attention to another player or group.

Like Zizz said, if they're still using the botting program, report them again. However there's one point that I wanted to bring up, those players may have been punished or warned without your knowledge. Punishments are kept between Outspark and the individual being punished only. So its possible that they did receive a temp suspension or a warning for their actions. But if they're still doing it, they obviously haven't learned so please report again :)

i have seen te bots in question an i just put them on iggy an do my thing but i do wish i didnt have to bother come on ppls have respect for your fellow player get rid of the bots mabe bot shouls become viable target 500 xp fer killing a bot :) that would teach them lol
maybe outsparck needs a police unit whos sole purpose is to hunt the bots and bann them dose seem like alott of work and it shouldnt even be needed but thos who use bots r pains in the butt and though im not against adds they could set them bot to do adds only every 30min or sumthing naaaaa kill the bots :P
