You can only have 800*600 if your pc allows it. Its not a thing a GM can help you with.

I can play at 1280*1024 on my desktop, but only at 1280*800 on my laptop because thats the most it will go.

If you want to change for a better resolution you have to update your graphic drivers or in last resort buy a new graphic card.

I have Nvidia 9800 gtx and the max resolution I can get is 1360x768 and Fiesta only allows me to set as max resolution 1280x768 (it looks so blurry -.-). I submitted a ticket and I got an automated reply ("if thats what you see, its all what you have", quite sad and disappointing because I bought a new monitor especially to enjoy better graphics). So I don't think it's matter of having a new videocard or keep it updated with its latest drivers.

Fiesta isn't too good at detecting your max resolutions because my max resolution I can set in Fiesta is 1920x1200.

But however my integrated SiS chipset could no way handle that resolution it even struggles greatly at 1024x768 and my current monitor can't even exceed 1024x768.

Fiesta at one point did support 800x600 but 800x600 resolution was disabled purposely to make accessing the CS store ingame more easily viewable.
