Cant login:see the log file F:\outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log"for details

Excuse me.

After path yesterday,I can't login the game.

The Error occurred message is :
"see the log file F:\outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log"for details.

outspark.exe.log:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xb8 in position 4: ordinal not in range(128)

This one is due to odd characters (something out of normal ascii range) being passed as a parameter. Not sure if it's login, password, or some other piece of data.. but that's pretty much it in a nutshell regarding the Unicodedecode error. Should be a quick fix with a bit of sanity checking added too.

Thats all i get in the Log file. In the Launcher i get an "Error Connecting to update server: (10104, 'getaddrinfo failed')

There is a issue with the new patch. It does work, but tend to fail on the 1st trys. Kepp trying it until it works. Currently this is the resolution. We are working on a solid fix for this issue. I sincerely apologize for the issue you have had.
