Guild Storage issues?

Not sure Im the only one who is getting this but....when i try to get into my guild storage i get a message that says there are too many guild storage users, and to try back later.

and also I'm not able to use the guild storage in Elderine when i have a quest from him...im not sure if it is a bug or if that is suppose to happen. Can someone help me out with this?

Lots of people have this issue. I am going to try to wait until the weekend to access mine to test something. There is a theory that only the first 200 people that attempt to access guild storage in any given town will be able to do so. But once you access it, you're good until the next maintenance. Personally, I think this is poppy****, but we'll see.

And when you have a quest from Guild Manager in Eld, you can't access anything else from him until you complete the quest. Very annoying.

it's actually been proven by many people now
waiting til the weekend isn't the answer, just do it as soon as you can after a maintenance, as the numbers are reset then
