Update my ticket? By sending a new one?
Help me.

First DON'T submit a new one! The last thing CSR's need to deal with duplicate tickets x.x
Go to the support site like you did to submit your first ticket, and at the top you'll see some buttons.
Click on the one that says "My History"
Then there, click on the "Tickets" link
From there you should be able to see your ticket, click on it and you should be able to update it on that page.

Buuuut I've sent a new ticket. And I've updated my first ticket with an apology and some files. *sigh*

If you send in a duplicate ticket, they're going to tell you to not send duplicates and then they'll close it x.x

See if you can delete the new ticket, and if you can't, update both with an apology and with whatever you wanted to update them on.
Hopefully in all the confusion they'll only close one, but you REALLY REALLY shouldn't send in duplicate tickets x.x it just takes them longer to process your issue.
