There are other quests than just tower quests. It's not like your stuck without any quests and no where to go for exp. They will fix when they can, don't forget its a big job it has 19 levels even getting from the bottom to the top takes awhile lol.
I suggest you get a party together and do the standard quests until it's fixed

No CS = No USA Fiesta.
Besides, OS doesn't fix things, OOS does. Plus, they are well aware by now that the Tower is having issues and it will get fixed when it gets fixed.

how many times have the GM's said "WE'RE TRYING TO FIX IT". it's a huge map. it's gonna take a while so stop complaining about it. and as someone said. they need to add new things to keep the company running. also instead of trying to get past the tower and then complaining in the forums. why dont you just come away from the computer for a bit. do something else for a while and then try again later.

because all your comments are well thought out and not at all childish?
how can something be "still" glitched and glitched "again" at the same time anyway?
and what was wrong with the other 90 threads?
i've said it before, and i'll say it again, there is no piece of software that is 100% bug free before it hits the market - there is no way to emulate the public getting their hands on anything before they actually do, it's not possible. if they took out all the elements of the game that may possibly have unforseen bugs in them that will only show under the stresses of being live and dynamic, there's be no game, then who'd you complain to huh?

I agree with what she says don't expect new content to work 100%.
All I can say to do in the meantime is to G R I N D and pray that the next inspection fixes the problem. It won't happen but people pray about stupid things anyways.

I love how everyone blames Outspark when they don't actually program anything, they just upload the patches.
The real concern is the server crashes. But that's ok because I found an article where the CEO came straight out and said where the latest round of funding went.
Pay close attention to the paragraph third from the bottom
http://www.gamecareerguide.com/industry_news/24413/qa_outspark_gets_series_c_.php
Oh and I love this quote. Feel free to borrow for the threads of the disenchanted.
But simply running ported-over Asian games has never been the goal of the company, though Choe says the company is "always going to run some portion of the games ourselves". Its Outspark Publishing Platform is the engine for growth, despite the success the company has found in this niche, says Choe.
Personally I don't care. I enjoy Fiesta just the way it is with all of it's quirks.:)
I mean if it worked perfectly then it probably wouldn't be free.

heres from that same interview.
"We're also starting to partner with European game developers to address the part of our audience that's European as well as English-speaking [with] games."
so if they're reaching out to an audience that's european... why have they i.p. blocked most of the european countries.

Semi on topic, why is everyone chewing out the OP? And no, nobody "pwnd" anybody, I'd say the OP has a legitimate reason to be mad. Of course no one expects software to work 100% of the time, but that's not the problem. The problem is that the tower USED to work 100% of the time. If they had it up and running right once why can't they do it again?

The glitches happened because everyone complained about the limit beign too low and not beign able to get in. OS got an increase on the number of parties and now the programming for the tower can't handle it.
My advice? Go quest/grind now and run the tower on Wednesday right after maint while it still works and get all those quests for the tower done at once since you should've leveld quite a few times.
Honestly, I think the tower (when it does work) is too easy (except maybe for mages). Me and a level 31 archer (both using +0's) duo'd till after the poison golem without dying. I can also pretty much solo my 39 fighter till the poison golem.

I would guess they've blocked the IP addressses in Europe to start building up demand for a European entity to buy in and start up a new European platform. If you can demonstrate a pent up demand in that market that's not being served it would make it more attractive for a partner to buy into the concept. I would assume they're looking for a partner who would be more familiar with the market there than trying to transplant from their corporate offices and startup their own.
I wonder if the European IP addresses were causing issues with the US servers? And why are they only blocking new IP addresses? They probably don't want to share the European market that they've already accumulated. I know if they found a European partner it would definately help with the lag issues on the North American servers by freeing up some space.

What I am most ****ed off about is that SOME PEOPLE are still able to do it, and every night I get in ans some of my leveling friends jumped for 25 -> 44 overnight and all they can say is "someone in my guild got past golem"
I have been trying different methods, such as killing every monster at the same time with AoE, killing slimes first, killing imps first, killing nothing but dust, killing all but dust and luring him downstairs, ect.
Fix or Remove, it's not fair that only certain people can do it.

Hooey. They're not blocking IPs from OutSpark, it's only Fiesta that's blocked. Blocked because someone else has the rights to publish Fiesta in Europe.

The only issue was Gamigo whining that people wanted to play OutSpark's version of Fiesta, so Gamigo whines to OnsOnSoft who tells OutSpark they can't take any more of "Gamigo's" customers. Thus existing European OutSpark players get to stay, new ones have to go to Gamigo.
I know if they found a European partner it would definately help with the lag issues on the North American servers by freeing up some space.
How do you figure? Because all those capped European players would abandon their accounts and run to start from scratch? I don't see it.

i'm just gonna say this i'm sorta glad the towers glitched, when the tower cxame out my cleric was 28 and now its 44, and its been that way for like a month, the tower with its mega exp made me soft, so i made a new charecter and i'm grinding, doing quests and stuff, i'm sorta glad thats the tower is glitched, there i said it

Oops, didn't know they already had Gamigo set up. With that the case then absolutely it makes great business sense to block the new European IP addresses.
If Gamigo wasn't assured of reaping the rewards from their investment I wouldn't call it whining, just good business practice. I certainly wouldn't invest in the franchise unless I was assured autonomy in my local market.
How do you figure? Because all those capped European players would abandon their accounts and run to start from scratch? I don't see it.
I thought in general Euro's despised Americans for their arrogance and pig headedness? But no, if I had a capped character I would not run to join a new server, espescially if Gamigo's service was not up to par with Outspark's *shudders*.
Yep, I'd stay right where I was. I have characters on Bijou and when Legel was introduced started some new characters over there, but I decided that I really didn't like it as much and preferred the more established community. Now those characters are pretty much just going to be hanging out over there for a while. Starting out all over again with no resources is generally a giant pain the you know what.
