From personal experience,

you will not get in trouble if you purchased anything from the Fiesta Store, even if the item or price seems suspicious.

If there was an error regarding the price or time an new item is released, it is up to the responsibility of the sellers ie OutSpark to set the correct prices and time of release accurately and consistently. We as the buyers just look at the item and decide if its worth the sparkcash to purchase it. As there is basic policy of no exchanges or refunds of sparkcash for buyers once you purchased an item, this should apply also if the buyer purchases anything that was deemed too cheap or accidentally released.

For example, prior to the released of the Original Wedding Pack last year, there was an accidental early release of the heart fireworks and wedding coupon for 1 sparkcash each, yes that's 1 sparkcash.

I at the time had not idea what those items are suppose to do since there was no graphics or descriptions so I purchase the heart fireworks for 1 sparkcash just for the heck of it. When I refreshed the page again a few minutes later the items were gone but I was able to keep the heartfireworks that I paid 1 sparkcash for.

Well, Nekopon DID post in this thread about the Colada outfit WITHOUT saying not to buy it, despite the questions of whether or not doing so was against the rules. I'd say you're safe, as far as I know there's nothin in the ToS against buying certain items from the Cash Shop.

P.S. I've seen you around Cypion a couple times with Father Sky. Just wanted to say, I like the names XD

Can you take a screenie of the Colada from behind, too, please? And if you want to see it on yourself in male form, go into Vietree and select the gender change. You don't need the cs item or to complete it, just screenie yourself in the preview that it gives. ;)
