Send a ticket to a CSR with all the information you have.
How did he get hacked?

1- Is he certain he's clicking on the correct server? I know it seems silly to ask, but it's a possibility he's not.
2- You can't really get hacked in this game... has he been letting his password out to other people at all, or had a password very easy to guess? Don't know...
3- It would be best if he could submit a ticket about this, but as he maybe cannot get access to that if he no longer has access to his account, I'm not sure what can be done. You can try acting on his behalf, maybe post his Outspark ID, but since it is a private matter between him and Outspark they may not be able to tell you anything.
You can try PM'ing GM_Nekopon with your friends ID, but she may not be able to assist you since it is not your account.

GMs do not deal with account issues.
All account issues, including alleged hackings must be sent to a CSR with as much of the following information as possible:
SparkID:
•GameID:
•Date account was created:
•Email address used to register:
•Server name (if applicable):
•A copy of your original validation email:
•Your date of birth:
•Where were you born?:
•Your first and last name:
•Current location:
•IP address:
•Internet Service Provider:
•Date of Occurrence:
•Have you shared your account?:
•Details:
However, since your friend has not played in months, it could very well be a case of forgotten login information. He needs to make sure that he is inputting the correct information.

Type in 'moon' by location of birth. That should keep them in suspense.

I'm going to close this since the issue is no longer relevant.
Also, the GMs deal with In-game issues. Such as events, nuking bots as they see them, and if they see any players in-game violating rules they will take care of them, along with all sorts of other things. However, any reported incidents, account related problems(including suspensions, bans, and other punishements), sparkcash, troubleshooting issues, etc, are handled by the CSR team.
And as for the series of questions for the Hacked account info, I'd assume that the birthplace would be so that Outspark can better identify who's account it is. If the person reporting their account is hacked says they were born in Nashville, and they go and ask the hacker if they are still around, and they say LA, then there's something off. That's just my assumption anyways. If you'd like some clearer answers about it you can submit a ticket asking about those questions.
