Cant see +3 enhanced effect in my weapon

hi outspark, i cant see my weapon effect wen i enhanced my weapon to +3 and +4, but the others lvls work fine (+5 +6 +7 +8 +9), cant see the others +3 or +4 enhanced too ( of the others players)..

whut i need to do?, can u tell me whut file y need to see the effects, u can gave me the name to copy of my bro pc to my own pc?..

The +3 and +4 effects are very subtle, are you sure that you're not missing them?

yes.. i can see only +5....+9 enhanced :(. i dont know whut ill do, i reinstall the game 2 times, restore my OS (win xp sp2), my +9 looks very strange whitout the green thing glowing (T_T)..

can some csr or programer can send me the effect directory to restore?
