Bug Event !!

Hello !

I got a bug in the event. It sais 2:1 for all enchantment so i bought the super expensive tier 3 bundle but i only received 1 of each !!

Please help because it would been cheaper to buy all 3 seperatly with the 2:1 but it was missleading.

I really hope you can help i am a good customer XD.

Contact a CSR with a screenshot of the transaction by clicking on Support ->FAQ-> Contact a CSR. Although I do doubt, unfortunately, that they will get you a refund or something of the sort. It was your mistake after all.

I had the same thing happen and sent in a ticket. Turned out that even though HP potions (in my case) were 2 for 1, you had to buy them using BOGO, not the regular purchase option. They would do nothing for me.

I tried to explain that if an item was offered at 2 for 1 price, it shouldn't matter where you bought it, it should be 2 for 1. They said no, only if you went to BOGO then it was 2 for 1, if you went to the normal purchase place it was regular price.

Kind of sneaky if you ask me, same product, 2 different prices, but they would do nothing for me.

I guess it's "Buyer beware", even with SparkCash!
