If your a novice/1st job, you can enroll someone as your MENTOR. The MENTOR has to be higher lvl than you, I believe. Once you have a MENTOR, you get 10% EXP Boost ^^. Or something like that. If you have a MENTEE, you must be higher level then him/her. I don't believe a novice can have a MENTEE. Anyways, you get a fraction of the EXP your mentees kill! However, the mentee still gets the exp. It's pretty neat, but you oughta be on while your mentees are on. I think you can have a maximum of 10 mentees. Hope this helped!

I believe you have to be a 2nd class (level 30+) to be a mentor but other than that yeah what doom said >.>
