How can i use Skills???

hello
i just passed level 16 and became a magician, and i got 2 new skills, i clicked on them and got activated, how ever i don't know how to use them during a battle.
can anyone help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz????

put them in your quick bar then hit the F key that its on or just double click it.
