interface troubles

yo my main health box that has my hp/sp stones and my lvl and pic, i moved them around to much and accidentally lost it on the bottom of my screen, if you know how to reset the interface plz tell me. yes this whole thing is in fact my fault

Change the screen resolution until you can see the box and drag it out.

thank you very much, right after i changed the resolution it appeared back in its regular spot.
