Only 1/4 of my characters Lags?

For a few monsths, I have been playing a cleric, with him I receivedhardly any lag (minus the busy spots in eldy etc)

Now I have him at lvl60, I decided to take my lvl46 mage to lvl60, but for some reason whenever I play, he lags like crazy, hits are delayed, heck when I was pting for goblin captains, some kills weren't even counting (and no exp)

Bring your cleric there and experiment- if it's not the same, we know that Outspark has decided to give mages yet another handicapp.
