It's a graphics-related error. It occurs when SOMETHING is up with your graphics and it's compatibility with Fiesta.
The solution can be anything from changing your resolution to downloading new drivers.

What happened was my comp got turned off for about 30mins..turned it back on and everything was in a huge resolution. Like my icons and start bar were taking up most of the screen space. This happens sometimes but i usually just turn off the comp and it goes back to normal. This time i changed the screen resolution to make everything seem as close to normal as possible. Thats when fiesta stopped working. Problem is ive tried every resolution and it still doesnt work. Tried re-downloading/installing. What should I do now >.<
Im not exactly a computer genius so this gets me frustrated lol.>.<
Thanks for replying.

Maybe if you could tell me how to reset my desktop/resolution back to normal?
That would probably help ><
Thanks

Try flat out resetting your computer again, and see if that helps you out.

i believe as sakura said, not only could it be the resolution, it could be your video card drivers, or the card its-self. if you can, please tell me your video card. (video card junkie)
if you dont know your card/driver version here's how:
Start>Right click "my computer"> click properties>hardware tab>
device manager>click the + next to "display adapters" tell me the name of the card in full.
ALSO
double click the name of the card and youll see a screen like for example my card is radeon 9600 series. it'll say "radeon 9600 series properties". now, click driver and tell me the driver version/date
this is if your running windows XP.
-------------------------
vista is also easy to figure this out:
Anyway, in order to find out just what kind of video card your computer has, we need to navigate to the Display Settings area of our PC. Click the Start button and go to Control Panel. and underneath the Appearance and Personalization heading, select Adjust screen resolution.
You should now be presented with a brand new window informing you of what kind of video card you have installed, as well as what resolution you might be using.
click: Advanced Settings and you'll be shown everything.

so i assume your playing on a laptop..that graphics card is from, i believe the late 90s...if i do my math correctly 1997..which was direct x 6.0 (simple 3d modeling e.t.c. see a game like "tresspasser" and youll see how "simple" is simple)
anyway, that card is only 8MB...wheras you'll need AT LEAST 64MB of card memory to fill in the minimum requirements for "graphics"
that might be the problem, you dont have directx 9.0C, which is another requirement. and might not be able to get it. the card your using has not enough memory to play games, as far as i know.
