What is the maximum amount of Skill Points you can have in a skill?

I brought the launcher, typed in my info, but the login button doesnt push, and the launcher keeps restarting.:confused: please help!

I dunno.
I cant seem to figure out how they're given. I think it's every-other level? Lol.

And I have a max of 5 in one skill.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how the skills stack up. Like Heal, and Heal2. <3 <3

5 skill points per empowerment for a total of 15

ie:
- 5 in cool down
- 5 in decrease sp consumption
- 5 in attack increase OR increase buff duration

(i don't think there's a skill that has both attack increase AND buff duration)
