I have 2 wands, suggestions please

Both green level 20 wands:

Moon Rune Wand (+5)
Dmg : 10~14
M.Dmg : 67~89(+21)
Aim : 54
Crit Rate : 3%


Storm Rune Wand (+4)
Dmg : 8~11
M.Dmg : 53~70(+14)
Aim : 58
Crit Rate : 5%

I have still been trying to get the 2nd wand to a +5. Assuming it doesn't break during the process, which would be better, the extra damage or the aim and crit rate?

i think the storm one is better. Id say a wand that hits more crits and hits more, than a wand that just misses a lot. It may do more damage but when it accumalates, the storm one will just do better in the end.
