the most ive ever waited was 30 min and it still didnt open
im not sure weather "preparing for service" is like that, or its not running yet.
help?

oh did you click on the SOS store icon?...that's not for setting up a shop with your character; that's for the store they will set up in Open Beta to sell items....
to vend in-game, press ctrl+V and it'll open up a window for you to name your store, then it'll open another window for you to drag items from your inventory into...
