where do u buy the scroll to learn scroll construction skill i cant find it i can only find the mining,stone making potion making and horse riding one none is for scroll making. can someone plz tell me where to find it

u push the lil blue and yellow arrow in the bottom of the skill purchase box and it will show other scrolls
