Glitched in Bonds of Darkness

I'm level 59 and I decided to do some quests in BoD. But once I went inside, the loading screen loads, and once it finished, the map was white and a dialogue box comes up with no text (which I believe says "Disconnected from server") and only the blue "OK" box shows up. When I click "OK", my game crashes. I tried relogging, hoping that it didnt go through the portal and that I stayed in CP. But it turns out that whenever I relog in, the same thing happens. I also tried using my hotkeys to take my to a certain town, such as elderine. I'm able to click my hotkeys and have something popup like my invent, but I cant click anything. I wanna level up and get my job advancement, what should I do?

It's possible your copy of fiesta is corrupted and that you need to reinstall Fiesta but you should send a ticket to a CSR first
