I invested 5 empower pts into cool down of MM lvl 1, if I upgrade to MM lvl 2 does the cool down still apply? Thanks in advance~!

Thank you for the information XD. I kept reading/understanding on suggested builds that people increased different levels of the spells. I'm glad to know that if I upgrade the cooldown on MM, for example, it will affect all MM spells.
