Okay, so this problem happened to me during CB1 also, but I just used my laptop to play instead...but now, there is no more laptop. >.> It died.
So I DL the game, install it and everything.
I log in, it starts up, I'm on the loading page, takes a little while to get to 100% but then after that, the screen just goes black, and after a minute or two, the client closes without any popup message or anything.
My OS is Windows XP Home Edition...I think SP1? It's a very old computer.
I have DirectX 9.0.
My graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400
I have 256mb of RAM.
Is my desktop too...old and doesn't meet the requirements to play or something? T_T I play games like Audition on here and it works fine.
