What just happened? I was in the middle of a song and all of a sudden it shut me down...when I tried to get back on, the notice was blank and there was no difficulty options. Please help!!!

Did u see that if there was anything that culda poped up on ur computer in the backround? can u log on ?

Maybe some programs are blocking it.
