Cleric's Revive Quest

Can anyone give me more infor on the lvl 20 quest for cleric's where they recieve revive instead of having to pay for it. I have heard about it and have a lvl 20+ Cleric. Can I still get/do the quest? What NPC do I talk to? And what is the name of the quest, so I know when I have it.

go to find paladin master in elderine and you will start the quest.The name is Cleric New Power.
