Lol..wow what an irony..
ok I'll try to make myself clear with my very bad english..ugh..whatever...
I clicked on a link to outspark.com..it said "Free online MMORPG,Join now!" I was kunda happy at first,it took me like 1.5 hour to like register the whole thing( I needed a new e-mail too). And at the end what?I got scammed..now I can't download anything and I asked to wait god knows how long till the game comes out.(WOOW!!!Awesome!..>.>)I wanted to play Beta!but know I found out that I have to beg somebody for invite...I mean ***?!
1.They(outspark) invited me to play
2.And what happens next is that I basically get "F*CK U" straight away!VERY NICE!What can I say.
Now I have to freaking sit in this forum for years like somebody said "get a random invite" - which means its not likely to happen at all.
And what happened is that THEY got my attention THEY waisted my time and THEY made me feel bad(my mood) THEY got me all accided and I left with nothing..wow THANKS A LOT!KEEP IT UP GUYS!

Thank you for your rant. It was earth-shattering to not only myself, but my peers whom have never even heard of this game noted the elegance and solidity of your evidence. I'm certain the group choosing which direction SoS is going will be certain to either give you an invite or immediately cause SoS to enter the Open Beta stages. Your wondrous grammar not only caused myself to shed a tear, but it also complimented and proved how rock-solid your argument was. It also reminded me of how much thought must have been put into a post of such magnitude.
This post is obviously completely separate from any other rant post due to its sheer complexity behind the matters at hand. One cannot only see the mental awareness of the author of such a post, but also note the true distrust of a company that had apparently created slander of the highest degree. Again, I will deeply cherish this post and I hope you understand that it will change the lifestyle of anyone who reads it, I'm sure of it.
[/end_sarcasm]
I'll only say the post describes the mental development and the mental state of the author.

Proof that you got a personal Invite from Outspark in your inbox to play the game or quit your QQ'ing. Just because you register at the site doesn't mean you get to play, please learn to use the search function for the hundreds of threads such as this one.
So outspark didn't "F--- you over" one bit. Sorry, but you fail.

well thats the point here, its not OK get ppl exited like that and then just live them unsatisfied, there should at least be a NOTE that informs u that u can't play yet..but there is no note like that..and when people get excited for nothing(like i did) it really upsets later on.And it sucks.Thats my point.
One thing they say "Play our online MMORPG for free,RIGHT NOW" which they DO say but its a scam, another is to say "Play our online MMORPG for free,COMING SOON" this would be the right thing to say,but they DON'tT say that, thats why its sooo stupid.

It's not a scam, that's what you're not getting. Sure they maybe forgot to add that it's in closed beta but after 2 minutes of reading the site you could figure that out yourself.

You should be fine, there's been a couple dozen people or so that have stated that they just registered and were able to download and play. Enjoy the game is all I can say :)

its CBT means some people get in and some people don't you did not get scammed like the other said. Its simple you saw CBT and obviously did not understand what those letters ment. you filled out the reg form and guess what you was not selected. no irony at all is there.

True, they could have added this was a closed beta, but a scam? No. To be a scam you must have lost something physically in form of cash, stamps, a car, Fido, stash of files on the pc, Ronald Regan, money on an electronic bankaccount, or something else of value.
"Misleading", or "incomplete" advertisement is more accurate. Be patient. ^-^'

They must think it's a scam because they lost a hour of their precious time.

Well, I'm guessing a couple dozen. About that many have come forward to say that they were able to login, that doesn't count the people that haven't come on the forums yet.
At any rate, consider yourself lucky :P

Well after screwing around on the Korean version of the game it's pretty cool. I got to level 8 just killing stuff south of the main city I guess it is..it started with a B. Anyway, the game is really nice too bad I couldn't find any english speaking people on the Korean version though lol.
Anyway, can't wait till this one goes into Open beta so I can figure out what to do and things like that. You CB testers are really lucky as I was able to download the Outspark client but wasn't able to login.

If I could use that logic I have been scammed a few times on video games, anime and manga in the past. ^_^'

I found OutSpark via an internet ad, and for the hell of it decided to register & download.
The file is actually at 27% right now.
Despite being borderline retarded and horrible with his/her very language of origin, the OP does have a bit of a point. Not that OutSpark is a scam, or that SoS is all just a big prank created by coding masterminds to upset Jr. High kids who access the internet from the public library after school, but that it seems ridiculous to actually PAY for advertising for a CBT Game, when "A Couple Dozen" people would have found it accidentally in about 24 hours time.
The advertisement I clicked on wasn't for OutSpark itself but for SoS specifically.
I'm hoping I'll be able to create a character and log on, but if not I will say that regardless of how well the game runs it may be unsuccessful simply due to the fact that OutSpark has already turned numerous potential players away-- not because SoS is CBT but because they chose to advertise SoS and then refuse to detail the game's "exclusiveness" for those who are less adept at MMORPGs... resulting in disappointed, left out peoples who felt that the entire process was "a waste of time".
Not business majors, these guys, eh?

Honsetly people you should be glad we weren't invited to the closed beta. We don't have to deal with the major glitchs the closed beta guys do. And most of the time the game is better quest wise when the open beta comes out then in the closed beta.

I currently play Xenepic, great way to play the game without being invited to the CB. I'm level 30 right now only bad thing is that I haven't done any quests because I don't understand Korean lol
