King Spider Mount :D lol at nekos reaction

I had an awesome idea near the end of the Find-the-GM event
today on the 6th of September!

What if, just what if, OS made a King Spider MOUNT
(A mount is something you ride, in case you don't know)

Many people know of the crazy King Spiders that are so wierd, creepy, and gross at the same time. In case you haven't seen them before, they are giant blue and white(eek or yellow) striped spiders.

If there was such a thing, how fast would it go?
How would it be resized to fit as a mover?
How much SC would it cost on release date?
Will its butt wiggle when you move?
Things like that

I want to see what you have to say!

I have asked several people in gameplay if they liked the idea, and they said it sounds awesome and suggested others which I will bring up on forums soon :p

I always thought it would be cool if Outspark made some kind of Spark Cash item that costs about as much as the most expensive permanent mount and the object would act more or less like a Pokeball (I know, I know, terrible but accurate analogy). Beat up the monster until it's HP is low then spring the trap and it becomes your permanent mount. Only Normal monsters can be caught this way (No bosses, chiefs, etc) and no Human class monsters either. It would still need rations and you'd still use the same sitting animation but sitting in specified locations (Like on the shoulders of a Dead Tree Soul).

I know it sounds alot like pokemon but it's the best I could come up with (and I'm sure someone's already thought of it) but it just makes me jealous that Spade Trumpies in the Forest of Slumber can rid Archons AND attack from on top of them but we can't just ride one.

If you hate skulltulas, you should play Link's Crossbow Training + Wii Blaster. It's mega fun and relieves your soul from Zelda monsters you've hated before. Not to mention your crossbow + machine mode = RADIOACTIVE RAPID FIRE!

I honestly hate spiders too. They are gross and CREEPY and every time I see them I stomp on it until it is gone! (not squished, literally GONE..AND YES I ALWAYS CHECK ON THE BOTTOM OF MY SHOE!) But you gotta consider its selling rate. There are people out there who love spiders and creepy crawlies and they will buy SC just to buy a King Spider Mount. I asked someone before, he said he was willing to spen 9k SC on one. That is his plan, if it were to come out, but he is wierd. I think it would be funny though having a spider to ride on and shoot webs out of its behind. You don't like spiders, then you can make it look a bit funnier then. :p

And also that archon mount sounds cool! My friend was thinking an Eagle Mount that hovers around like a pegasus. That would be epic if you ask me...

Yup. I'd use scarabs more often, if only they had a faster speed. They're awesome looking (I love bugs), they're different, etc. The pegasus is pretty, the raccoon is cute, but sometimes I just want something else, ya know? But not compromising the speed.

Heck I still wish OS would make the store like t-shirt shopping, let us choose the mount, choose the speed, and it gives us the price based on the speed. Same with letting us choose the outfit, choose the stat (def, crit, etc) and amount (3%, 5% ,etc) and give us a price based on that. Then certain mounts (donkeys, too slow) or items (headset, I don't want eva in a cs item) wouldn't be useless to me. But the idea's already been shot down so eh. xD

I indeed know what you mean! They freak me out so much, and as I said before as an example:
"Whenever I see a spider I keep stepping on it until it is gone. Literally GONE!

But they will cause thrill and laughter at the same time! You're seeing a monster you don't see until about, level 58, and you're seeing a funny stripey spider whos butt wiggles(i hope) and shoots webs out of its rear! That will look hilarious if I'm picturing it the way it would possibly be.

I'm not just saying this for the threads sake, but we need to conquer our fears of those little beasties lol! They are ugly and pathetic little butt-heads and we don't need to be scared of them lol. We kick their butts if we want to. Although those big fat chunky ones and those little skinny stick ones I don't think anyone is not afraid of them except experts. Lol. eew... okay enough of my gibber! :p

That's creepy! I did just look up Steampunk Spider,
just to see if there was a picture of something like that...
That gave me a new fear of spiders lmao.

Though, it would fit due to the flying machine in Uruga, possibly. But imagine a mechanical spider, running at speed, like an actual spider..leg, by leg, by leg. That is creepier than REAL spiders.. But there are some people out there that like creepy things like that.


It could work, but would people choose mechanical over normal?
