Main character is gone

So when I log onto the outspark homepage it says all of my characters are there EXCEPT my main character stryde. Idk if its just a thing with the website or if someone hacked me and deleted stryde. I cannot log onto fiesta because my laptop is broken so im using a very slow computer, and I cannot download fiesta onto it either.

You can probably open a ticket to a CSR.

They should be able to confirm if it is the web interface that has a problem or if really your main has gone.

Apart from that, not a lot us players can do to help.

I have encountered the same issue. The website is glitched. I logged on to make sure and my characters are still there.
