Laptop keeps freezing

After i installed the game, my laptop keeps freezing everytime it turns on. It starts up and then after awhile a star that looks like the outspark logo appears in the bottom right corner of the toolbar, and thats when my laptop freezes as in I cant open any programs at all. Anyone got any idea what's going on? I want to play the game if possible. Im writing this on my pc btw.

i installed the direct X driver and then reistalled the game. the same problem reoccured. Any other ideas?
